At The Cruise Maps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom nautical wall art. If your map doesn't perfectly capture your favorite voyage, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Map

  Carefully place the map in its original protective tube or flat packaging to ensure it remains crease-free and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned map, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
